How Would You Know if You Couldn't Afford a New House?
How would you know?
Who would you ask?
I know a young lady, she owns her own home and she always says she wished she had known me when she was buying her house. She's been a home owner for a couple years now and she's done a lot of improvements on her home. She keeps asking me if she should refinance and I tell her I'm not a loan officer but here is the name of someone whom I trust and can guide you in the right direction. My point here is, you should ask an expert, not your mother, not your father, not your sister, unless of course they happen to be in the business.
So, back to the question, how would you know if you couldn't afford a house?
A lot of people still think you need 20% down payment. Did you know you can get into a new home for as little as $1,000 of your own money?
How, much do you pay in rent every month? If you pay over $1,000 a month in rent I am sure you can buy a home. Ask, a Realtor!! Better still, ask me and I'll guide you down the right path.
