Live Near Your Work Funds Exhausted
One of the best programs for Baltimore City employees is the Live Near Your Work program that gives qualified home buyers, who work for the City of Baltimore, $5,000 towards purchasing a home in the City of Baltimore.

So, if you work for the City of Baltimore and are thinking about buying a home you will have to wait until July 1 in order to submit their application for funds. This means you need to delay going under contract until July 1.
However, let's get you registered for the next home buyer education class so you will be ready when that time comes.
