http://www.JunePiperBrandon.comWe’ve found there’s still a demand for housing, although some consumers have hit the pause button on purchasing or selling a home. Properties that are temporarily off the market, for example, have increased, but consumers continue to browse online for homes.

With so many people working remotely and spending more time at home, traffic and inquiries to our website have increased dramatically, which further demonstrates that the demand for housing remains strong, especially with interest rates being so low.  

While some mortgage companies have closed their doors or greatly restricted their lending policies, our partners at Prosperity Home Mortgage are still offering the vast majority of loan products available in today’s market. Although mortgage guidelines are changing, conditions are favorable for qualified buyers and interest rates remain low.

  • As many meetings as possible by video technology

  • Washing and sanitizing our hands before, during and after each meeting and showing

  • Maintaining a safe 6 foot distance at all times

  • Asking sellers and buyers if they have traveled outside the area or been exposed to anyone that has been ill in the last month.
