I don't know about you but I love Salsa. This looks like a great, quick and easy recipe and it looks like it will taste good too. This will be great for your Super Bowl Party or any other occasion too.
Game Day Salsa
I don't know where this recipe came from. It could have been off a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes but I can tell you it's good. I fix this salsa for super bowl every year and it disapears quickly!
RO-TEL SALSA
Ingredients
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chili’s, drained
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 1/2 fresh limesCombine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours. Serve on tacos or use as a nacho chip dip. Makes about 2 cups of salsa
