I have several Investor clients buying properties in need of love.  Have you inherited a home that needs work and don't know what to do with it?  Do you own a vacant property that you can't afford to repair?  Are you behind on your mortgage but have some equity and can't afford to fix your home?  Let's turn those vacant properties into cash in your pocket.  My Investor client's are paying cash for homes just like this one!!  All homes in all locations will be considered.  If your home is located outside Maryland you will be referred to a partner in your area.
