Drunken Apple Cranberry Cobbler
I saw a recipe for this dessert but like all good things I couldn't leave well enough alone and had to put my own spin on it. The original recipe called for a can of cherry pie filling and a can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits. Here is my spin. It smelled so good coming out of the oven I didn't get a picture before everyone devoured it.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1 can of cranberry apple pie filling
1 can pillsbury grands biscuits
1/2 c. amaretto
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cut each raw biscuit into 4 pieces and mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased casserold dish. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
This is so yummy and it smells divine while cooking too.
