Never Under Estimate the Power of a Business Card

You  never really realize how powerful that little piece of paper is until you don't have any to give out.  I recently changed brokerages and it took a while to finalize all the details and information to put on my  new cards but they finally came today. 

Over the past couple weeks I have been asked for my card more often than the entire year.  That is probably an over statement but maybe not. 

The blank back surface provides a handy place to write small facts before handing it to a prospect. 

Call me, here's my card, oh I don't have new one's yet. 

Oh, is that house for sale?  We're not interested in buying but my mother will probably be selling in the spring.  

Sometimes I get an unrepresented buyer applying for a mortgage do you have new cards?

These are just a few scenarios I have encountered in the last couple weeks.  Carry your business card with you at all times and hand them out freely, they aren't doing you any good if they are in the box on your desk.

June, I absolutely agree. The other day while at an open house, I handed the buyers a business card. They said, "We're already signed up on your website." That's branding at its best.

The business card is the best way to make an impression that will be carried for a long time.

Having your own collection of your own cards does you no good at all.  Hand them out!

Business cards are one of the best investments a REALTOR can make June and they are pretty inexpensive advertising.
