Ramblings of a Baltimore area Realtor: 2016 in Reflection

2016 in Reflection

2016 in Reflection

2016 was a difficult year in many ways and I, for one, am glad it is drawing to an end and can't wait for 2017 - the best year ever, to start.

As we put ourselves out there on social media we have to be prepared for the back lash and for the possibility that we will become targets for those with more nefarious goals at heart than our own.

We have to be ever vigilent about our identities and our careers than ever before because there may be someone out there who with one key stroke can ruin everything we have worked so hard to build.  No matter how good your intentions are there will be someone out there whose sole goal will be to bring you down.

I have learned to trust less, look past the surface and investigate more.  Nothing is as it seems.

I have been reminded many times this year of the words of Dylan Thomas and I am raging and I am not going quietly into that good night.  There is still good in the world and it is my goal to continue to do good things and to see the good things the world has to offer.

Welcome 2017!!

Social media can be cruel and the cruelness can go viral. I do my best to stay out of the fray.
