You can’t do real estate in a vacuum. It takes teamwork, there’s the buyer or seller, the listing agent, the buyer’s agent, the home inspector, the lender/loan officer and the title company or closer or settlement officer and the Broker’s in each real estate office too. There are a lot of people involved behind the scenes too. I always liken a real estate transaction to a dance or a well coordinated orchestra. It only takes one out of tune clarinet to throw the whole thing off!!
I almost always recommend the services of The Title Lady (Valerie Kuester-Lloyd) at Swan Title to do my settlements for me. Valerie has been in the business almost as long as I have and she has done almost every job in the industry so she really understands the process from contract to close. She takes a personal interest in each and every transaction and communicates from the time she receives the contract all the way through. If there is a problem she communicates it right away and doesn’t sugar coat it and if there is a quick or easy fix she’ll communicate that to all parties and facilitate it happening. Valerie tries to make the closing convenient for everyone and will travel to a mutually convenient location for the buyers and sellers too.
And once the transaction is closed her service doesn’t end there. The last transaction she closed for me was complicated and a few things came up after closing and she answered my seller’s questions and dealt with her concerns immediately.
In addition she always promotes the closings on social media and gives everyone credit. Plus, she always has great tips to improve my social media marketing!!
